What a special office. One of the reasons I transferred from my dentist of 20+ years was because of the office manager Carla. She is genuinely caring, extremely knowledgeable about how things run, insurance, etc. You can tell she wants you to have a positive experience and I felt embraced by them as a family. Then I met Dr. Chan and his staff and they continued the same feeling of attention to detail, very caring and they love their job. Dr. Chan is truly into his profession and its wonderful to be treated with enthusiasm.
